They Answered!

Ok - a couple posts down from here I talk about Johnson and Johnson's participation in Oprah's World Biggest Baby Shower at Ft. Campbell.

Well, as I said I sent them a message. Guess what! They answered!

I said:

I just saw today's Oprah show - the Worlds Largest Baby Shower and
had to drop you a line.

I work in consumer products and know how much effort went into
that. But more than anything I want to Thank You for your support
of our Military. What you did was so beyond anything I've ever
seen and I just wanted to let you know it was noticed. It is
appreciated.

Also - you've gained my loyalty. I understand consumer shopping
practices and I will tell everyone I know what you did and that it
has made me a loyal JNJ consumer for life.

Thank you again.

They answered:

Dear Tammi:

Thank you for your message and kind comments regarding our participation in the "Oprah" Baby Shower show. We understand that having a baby changes everything for families. Since many military wives must cope with pregnancy and birth without their husbands or family, we wanted to give them a way to bring in one of the most important people in their lives to support them during this special time. We also thought the families would appreciate receiving some of our most popular products. We thank you for taking time to provide your opinion on our part in the World's Biggest Baby Shower and for your loyalty to our products.

Johnson & Johnson

That's NOT a canned response. I'm very impressed.

Drop them a line if you care to.

Great job Tammi. I will go and drop them a line. Good companies need to be recognized; there are so many bad ones out there.

Hate to disappoint Tammi. I got the exact verbatim response from the company as you did. Still a good response, but I would consider it a little "canned".
