What a great idea! I found this over at Sgt. Hooks -
Remember the time we…
Please post a comment with a completely fictional memory of you and me. It can be anything you want– good or bad, silly or stupid, believable or not – but it has to be fake. (Don’t worry - I’m highly inoffendable!)
When you’re finished, post this paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people don’t actually remember about you.
This is better than a Saturday Question. AND I don't have to tag anyone!!!

Just got a Christmas card. Sister Juanita says "hi".
Posted by: Harvey at December 10, 2005 01:50 PMHarvey!! It's supposed to be a "fake" memory!! Damnit!!! Oh well - tell the good sister I said Hi right back. ;-)
Posted by: Tammi at December 10, 2005 02:03 PMRemember the time we went to Tennessee and we went shooting and we had this great picture taken together and we ate good food and laughed an awful lot... Oh wait. That did happen.
crap.
OK. Remember when we were both single, young and carefree and I was really really tall (back before I shrank) and we'd go party and hang out at the beach all day, drinking rum and watching men play volleyball?
Damn. Now I wish that had happened...
Posted by: Bou at December 10, 2005 08:54 PMDo you remember that time I was visiting you in Florida and we went out on my dad's boat in the Gulf? It was a beautiful sunny day, you and LeeAnn arrived at my dad's house in Holiday early. You said you were so excited to go out you slept at LA's house the night before.
It was chilly as we slowly cruised through the canals bordered by marshes between the dock and the gulf. It seemed magical the way the sun warmed the air just as we crossed under the bridge of US 19. Amazing. The dew glistened off the rails as my old man gradually poured the power on. We flew down the coast to Clearwater. The surface was smooth as glass. None of us had ever seen it so calm.
It was a day that just seemed to go on forever.
As much as we all like to yack, we hardly talked that day on the water. The beauty of Nature just seemed to block our ability to have a conversation. It was like if someone spoke, we would have woken up from the dream.
When we got back to the house, I still can't believe you insisted on driving back to LA's - as tired as you were. It's funny how - with all of your experience on the water - you forgot how exhausting a day like that can be. But it was really nice of you to call and let us know you got home safe. Of course, we were already passed out by then, but it was a nice message.
The only part that sucked was when the camera fell off the dock. It's probably still under the boat. All those great pictures. Each worth a thousand words. heh.
It was a great day. Thanks so much for the memories.
:)
Remember that time you opened that famous cooking school that you sold to the food network and I was your first student ever? Those were such good times...
