He's In Court

Couey is in court Right This Minute.

The have appointed a public defender for him.

He is being charged with not obeying FL law regarding sex offenders and is being held without bond. He is also charged with violation of probabtion.

I'm no lawyer but why can't they charge him with the kidnapping and murder of Jessica? Why? He confessed. I don't understand. But it's not for me to understand. I just don't want anything to get messed up in his case. I want him to be prosecuted. I want that MFer to pay. With. His. Life.

There is no way he can experience the pain and fear that he has given to others. No. Way. But deep inside, I want him to. I want him to know what his victims felt, saw, thought. Then I want him to hurt more. I want pain to be his last feeling, his last thought.

I feel no mercy for this man. None. I am forgiving of much. Understand of situations - but this, this goes beyond any thought of forgiveness, any feeling of understanding.

I only hope this is not drug out for a long period of time. For the family's sake. Let them find their peace as best they can without it all being flung back in their faces.

I'm guessing they don't want to rush. They have the luxury of holding him on these other charges, so they can fully investigate and bring the charges on solid indisputable evidence so there won't be any trouble down the line when they try him for her murder. Too bad they can't pull off his toenails one at a time while they're at it.

Yeah, according to the Sheriffs office hell be charged later this week with kidnapping/murder. I also have no empathy/sympathy/forgiveness for this monster. They need to put him away forever. I cant think of a punishment evil enough for this bastard.

What makes me even more sick is the faqct that he told his half-sister he did it and she didnt tell anyone and let him live in the same house as her after he confessed to her. She's been charged with obstructing justice. She needs to be severely beaten also. What a bunch of sickos.

If he did tell his sister, under my rules as queen of the world she would get the death penalty right along with her brother. They are both lower than trash.

Sorry, but besides being sickened by this tragedy, I am severely pissed off. My 9-year-old neice is here visiting this weekend. She is a cute, vibrant, and happy girl. We have been having so much fun together. She is just moving out of that tom-boy phase and starting to get all froofy and prissy.

This morning, after she rolled out of bed with a smile on her face, she asked me to help her do her face. By this she meant the whole tie her hair back, Noxema, moisturize, floss, brush teeth, do her ponytail. I am loving every minute of it.

But the whole time I was helping her, I was thinking of the Lunsfords, how they had this type of enjoyment ripped from their lives, how they will miss all the little joys that children can bring. Made it hard to keep from crying.

Their daughter is gone because we allow slime like Couey roam the earth unchecked. What people need to get a grasp of is that sex offenders, particularly child molesters, do not "get well." They need to be removed.
