I've finally figured it out. My dog loves the smell of my cleaning supplies. The reason he is peeing on the tile is because he wants me to clean. Well....that's not gonna happen. Not right now anyway! Damned Dog.
Oh, and I wish you could have seen what just happened. I was watching a video on the laptop, he was lying in my lap as I blog. The video starts and he flips out. Sitting up on his hind legs watching the video and trying to figure out where the sound is coming from. Then....he moves over to my side and is checking out the back of the laptop and rolls right off the couch. Gets back up and does it again....3x. Then got mad at me. Damned Dog.
He is very funny.

There's something Petsmart sells called Nature's Miracle and it erases all evidence of "oops," particularly the smell.
