What I'd like to know, though, is about you.
- Why do you live where you live?
- Where would you like to live?
- What is keeping you from living there, really?
This is an easy one for me.
I live in FLORIDA because it's what I've always wanted. My family knew that as soon as I could I'd leave No. Indiana and move to Florida. I've always said that. Then...I got married and everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Ahhhh She's staying. NOPE. I left as soon as the judge in my divorce case said I could. But here's the kicker.
I moved to Bradenton Florida. NOT Orlando. Big Big Difference.
I hate Orlando. I hate Central Florida. I love Bradenton. The beaches, the Gulf, the people, the pace. Not here. Not Orlando.
I love watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. I love the warmth. I love the trees and landscape. I even love the humidity.
The reason I don't live there right now is the job market. I couldn't find a job. So I had to move. But you can tell when I'm making calls down there. I'm happier - Hell, I'm down right joyful.
So I settle. I'm in Florida - I can get to Bradenton every now and again. I guess I'm luckier than most.

I'm here because...well, because the love of my life is pretty much tied here...until he retires, anyway. Then...who knows? I've got my fingers crossed. But, I don't think he's gonna be too hard to convince. hehe
